"This property was incredible — secluded, private, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all 10 of us. David was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. We were in town for Ironman Lake Placid and moving a bit slowly on checkout day, and David kindly allowed us a late checkout. "As spectacular as this lake house looks in the photos, it is somehow even better in person! We were a family group of 8 adults and 3 little ones. The house is immaculately clean, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished. The toddler play area was a huge bonus, with a great selection of safe, clean toys. We could easily all be in the kitchen for meal prep and family-style dining with gorgeous lake views; we also enjoyed many meals outdoors on the deck. The expansive lawn offers fabulous space for...

"This was the 2nd time staying at Moons & Loons and again didn’t disappoint! The cabin, lake, & management were awesome. The cabin was warm & inviting from the first step through the door. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need/want from the kitchen to blankets you could take outside to keep warm around the fire. Looking forward to another stay!"

"I booked this location for a Father & Son fishing trip. It was perfect! Over the week we caught over 20 fish a day in the pond. Between the boat and the kayaks we explored the entirety of Fern Lake. We also had an opportunity to fly fish one of the best rivers only 20 minutes away. The Camp was in excellent shape. Perfect for our trip or an entire family!!!"
