"This was a great place for sports fans! Our family of 5 used it as a home base for exploring Buffalo and Niagara. The kids loved all the bills decorations! Walking distance to the Bills Stadium. Cozy and practical. 4 bedrooms all with their own tv. 1 bathroom with a deep tub. Not a big inside eating area but large outdoor space for grilling etc. Lots of restaurants and grocery store within a couple miles. "

"Check-in went smoothly with precise instruction from Vibe. Quick response time from Vibe for any questions I had. Wifi worked well. Kitchen had all the necessities. Plenty of towels for the number of people in our party. A/C in good working order, a must given it was a hot summer weekend! Very private setting despite, well maintained grounds and buildings, close to grocery and easy to get to all of our local events. Perfect location for out of town fans attending a Bills game. "From the moment we walked into this property we felt welcome. Fresh snickerdoodle bars were on the counter. Beer glasses were in the freezer waiting for beer! Really it is so cute and cozy. There is a nice little dining nook and a pretty well stocked kitchen for those who cook. The place was immaculate. These hosts were excellent, and responded immediately to any questions I had. It is an easy walk to highmark stadium. I hope to stay here in the future. "

"Couldn’t ask for a better location. 15 - 20 min walk to the gate. Parking is included with your stay and you don’t have to fight the traffic. House is dated in areas but you can clearly see the host is making improvements. Fully stocked kitchen with all your basic essentials. Also plenty of cleaning products and disinfectant supplies. Stocked coffer (bar) & free snacks were a nice surprise to find at our arrival. Bathroom had plenty of towels and there is provided shampoo and conditioner....
