"I have stayed in a lot of rental properties. This one is far and above the best. The location is handy to get to. The house is nicely stocked with big soft towels, enough stuff in the kitchen to cook for a week. The host is very communicative. Checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. The space looks nicely, remodeled with hardwood floors throughout. We will definitely be staying here next time we come back."

"This is a basement converted to a rental apartment. There is potential, however all of the furniture is very used, broken, and/or not suitable for the space. There was only a fitted sheet and a blanket on each bed (no top sheet). The towels were fit for washing the car. There was a very smelly rag on the kitchen sink, drywall dust on the floor along every wall, and the toilet was not clean.
