"The room was a very nice size, only problem was the internet. Could not connect when in our room. Breakfast was simple, but at least they had the waffle maker."

The odd thing was, we were not provided with room cleaning, nor fresh towels, for the 4 days we stayed there. This might’ve been my fault for not reading the fine print on the reservation agreement, where it might’ve stated the guest needs to request these services. "First night took 20 min to check in because no staff at the front.?! The next morning I asked a staff if I could purchase tooth paste. He gave me some packets for free, that was nice. Nicest part of the whole trip! Second night: Rude staff. They changed my keys n said I didn’t pay for my second night even tho I booked thru EXPEDIA! I had to pay an additional night because they wouldn’t even look at my hotel booking. This was at 1-2am, because again no staff at the front!!! I played softball...

"The staff was very friendly, but didn’t make up for the hotel. The most images online are fake and not what it really looks like. There was no sign outside annd the place looked closed. Most of the rooms were under renovation. One of our rooms did not have a chain lock or deadbolt and the shower was very yellow. Ceiling tiles were held together with tape or spray foam. Fridge was held shut with duct tape. Beds were two different heights. We only had one light. The only thing nice in the room was...

"Hill house was a beautiful property with great views. The host was very responsive and accomodating, and everything was thoughtfully stocked. I really wish there was a second bathroom, but that is the only negative. We had a wonderful stay!"

"This unique property was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and I enjoyed having streaming TV and WiFi. The host was very responsive when I messaged him with a question. I especially enjoyed how this original home with a retro vibe was built below ground and was filled with custom storage cabinets. I would stay here again next time I am in the area."

"Was everything we needed"

"Propery is brand new, it is well laid out for groups of hunters. The mud room has ample space for gear and dog kennels. The cleaning room made it easy to come back at the end of the day and clean birds. Multple washers and dryers make it easy to wash clothes after a long day by everyone. The owner communicated very well with instructions and recommendations. We will definitely stay again."
