As soon as we arrived on Friday afternoon, apparently there was a "nation-wide" system blackout issue and the front desk was not able to check us in to our room. We had just traveled 7 hours from South Florida, extremely tired and ready to settle in... only to find out we could not check into our room. Why is there not some back-up mechanism in place to check guests in if there's a system blackout? In my opinion that is unacceptable. We ended up...

"It was just like a low budget motel nothing fancy but clean and staff was nice"

"The room had stains on the wall and the bed had bleach stains. There were outlets falling out of the sockets which is extremely dangerous. When I told the front desk the woman did not apologize or offer a different room. She said I couldn’t be refunded due to me not coming back to the office within the first hour of booking. I was also charged for an extra night and it took forever to get someone on the phone about it. One man was helpful but the manager had to complete the refund all together....

"The Western Hotel is an older hotel and needs a little updating. The room had everything we needed. It was clean, in a safe location and reasonably priced. Staff was friendly. I would stay again."

"The cabin & entire property were beyond our expectations! It was very clean, fresh-smelling, & well-stocked with paper products & kitchen essentials, including everything you would need to cook a full meal. There are both a charcoal grill, & a kettle-style grill to cook over a campfire, as well as a fire pit which is as charming as it looks in the pictures.
