"Awesome experience at a fantastic resort. The wifi and TV was unstable while charging us costs for still water at the restaurant was not great as it should be free. The shower head was broken and fell down and hurt us several times. Besides that we loved our stay there."

"Beautifully located at the foot of Mount Sumbing and Mount Sindoro, with cool mountain air and lots of outdoor activities. Truly recommended."

"It was NOT my trip"

"We unfortunately only had 1 night at the hotel as we had also taken a night at MesaStila nearby. Plataran Heritage is 100% nicer, and would be my first choice any day of the week. The service is outstanding, they did absolutely everything to make our stay memorable. Rooms are clean, and the style of the hotel is very nice. The rooftop bar is also really cool."

"Where do I begin? My stay at this hotel was magnificent. The pictures do not do this hotel justice, our expectations were beyond exceeded. I’ll begin with the hotel grounds, a true nature paradise. The staff works tirelessly to keep the grounds immaculately clean. The views of the temples and surrounding mountains are beautiful. "スタッフのホスピタリティが素晴らしい。施設もコンパクトで一つ一つが洗練されていた。ボルブドゥール遺跡に歩いていける立地も素晴らしい。"

Bathroom is also very basic, You get everything you need for your stay, but just like other reviewer, I wish Atria provided a hand towel. That seems to be something that is missing from a star hotel. Luckily, I brought...

"Services at restaurant, at rooms area are good, but the receptionist was not very helpful. I was asking her to connect me with Hotel.com local office of Indonesia but couldn't do it citing that they don't have communication with them. They event didn't try to find out the number for me. I asked them this after unsuccessful effort to get the number by myself. I will have a complaint on Hotel.com on my booking on this hotel. "
