"Disappointing"

"It it a really nice location with beautiful surroundings and the service and facilities are nice. Gym, spa and pool were good. The service weas excellent. Only thing to mention are the doors to the rooms that really needs a check. Really loud sqeeking and sound when you open and close. Could be heard loudly in the halls Likewise the doors in the rooms. ALso the food in the restaurant should be improved to match the price. Too simple servings. But I recommend to try the place !"

Lots of steps to some rooms & around the grounds mean it’s difficult for people with mobility issues. The catering arrangements are ok with the Queens cafe food good but limited choice, seating feels like you are sitting in a corridor due to the open plan design. Breakfast buffet is ok but not very hot food & no tea available, with very limited...

"Ideal place to stay whether on business or personal. Accommodation is separate block in carpark, which has plenty of parking. Marston’s restaurant food is excellent. Room was great with aircon if needed. Note 2 story with stairs, so best to phone if infirm so you can secure a first floor room. 8 full fat EV chargers on site, including Chademo. Next door is BP service station with Asda local, Subway and Starbucks. Burger King also next door. Centrally located for business park but makes an ideal...

"I liked that the property is close to other services. Was clean,just the exception of a stale smell in the bathroom but I suppose that is what you get when there are no windows to open in bathrooms. It is an old premier inn."

"Great little find here! Lovely pub with great atmosphere, food fab with onsite restaurant. The room was really well presented and lovely decor. My room was facing south and west on the hottest day of the year, thankfully the staff provided a fan and there was a well stocked fridge in the room too. Breakfast was continental style in the room in a lovely hamper, plus yogurts, milk and orange juice in the fridge. Would go back again when in the area. Thanks team."

"Nice location, clean room and a wonderful breakfast served by a lovely lady who was very welcoming and created a good experience. The type of property and location was perfect for me as I prefer to stay away from big hotels, and it certainly lived up to my expectation. I stayed on a Monday night and when I returned at 9pm from a local event the bar and restaurant were closed and no staff around. It would be good to know about that in advance, so best to check before arrival if that is important...

"No tv, we and they could not get it to work. No A/C so it was not. No parking close by. Just seemed like we had to search for the staff to get counter service or look for them to get a drink. Room was ok, location was good, directly across from the Ironbridge site."

"The hotel is ideally situated for visiting Ironbridge Gorge The room and bathroom was clean and every member of we met were very pleasant and helpful.Breakfast was ok but we ate in the restaurant one night and was disappointed with the food,in our opinion it wasn’t very tasty."
