"In general the hotel comfortable in a safe neighborhood and easy walking distance to the city plaza. The breakfast has fresh fruit as well as eggs. The coffee is weak. The rooms are fairly clean but could use a deep cleaning. The roof top with pool offers a scenic view of th city. The staff are friendly and helpful. "

"Godt central hotel der opfylder alt hvad der er behov for til en forretningsrejse til Talca. Hotellet kunne stille ønskede resurser til rådighed inden for kort tid når det var påkrævet. Værelserne var store og rummelige og ikke en finger at sætte på rengøring. Morgenmad var i top og andre måltider skuffede ikke med hensyn til servise og udvalg. Ville ikke tænke mig 2 sekunder for at vælge hotellet igen."

"Never received check in instructions. No communication with the host. Upon arrival, we called the host. He said I was mistaken about having a reservation and hung up on me. Left us stranded. VRBO refunded our fee, but that was a small consolation. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!"
