"Just stayed one night after a memorial service for a friend. Room was clean and quiet after the people arriving ended. Nice receptionist and a very reasonable place to stay if you wanted to visit Colusa. Apparently, hunters and fishermen want to visit Colusa. Served good hot coffee in the morning along with pastries. "

"When we arrived at the property we were greeted by very friendly staff. I didnt expect much as it was an older looking motel and we just needed a place to stay to save on a long drive home. When we got in the room it was nice and cool A/C works great. There is a larger size refrigerator freezer and micro and coffee maker. bathrooms were very clean and room also. It was comfortable. I recomend if your coming to colusa!"

"My husband and I spent the weekend in this adorable little house and it was perfect. We received very clear instructions and had no issue finding the place or getting checked in. It seemed like a nice, quiet neighborhood and we found all kinds of restaurants and coffee spots in the area. The pillows are a bit flat but we had our own so it wasn’t an issue for us, and the bed was comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again if we come back to the area! "

"This property worked well for us attending a festival at the near by Toyota amphitheater. Easy drive back from venue. "

"I reserved two rooms from Yuba City inn and they were unavailable when I got there. The staff stated they don’t sell rooms online on Expedia. "

"Pretty low class place that caters to long term welfare cases. It's relatively clean given the cutcumstances and walking distance to nice restaurants and bars, but not a place for a couples night out."

"I went there for a wedding and it felt like I was at home. I was comfortable and my dogs especially were comfortable and that’s what matters to me that a little doggie door for small dogs and my oldest dog is gonna be 16. He just went in and out like nothing it was great."

"The property could use a few updates, but it was overall a comfortable stay. If you're traveling with a baby, you'll really appreciate the dedicated baby room—such a thoughtful touch! The master bedroom light is on a timer and does come on occasionally during the night, but it didn’t disturb my sleep much. The backyard was a great space for my fur baby to roam freely, and while the upstairs bedroom could benefit from an air conditioner, it was still a cozy spot to relax."
