"Although this place stated they were renovated, I found this to be misleading. The toilet was new, and the tile looked like us was installed by unskilled workers. The shower curtain rod and grab bars were stained and peeling. The walls were dirty, the bedspread was stained, furniture was worn, scratched. We slept in our clothes and coats on top of the bedspread bc we just felt things were not clean. The nightstand lamp did not work. Non of the usb outlets works in any lamp. The microwave oven...

"Great property and would stay here again for sure. The property wasnt dirty but if we had stayed for a week or something I would have wanted to wipe it down and clean the floors. Beautiful views. "

"This house is great with a great location. The beds are excellent and super comfortable. Great kitchen and hang out area. this is my 5th year staying on the lake and this home is my favorite by far. The owners had a nice basket of snacks for us that came in handy. I strongly recommend staying at this home."

"The home was amazing for family time. View of the lake was so relaxing and sitting by the pool visiting and catching up while kids swam was amazing. Enjoyed watching Braves in living room at night!!Went to Pat's Place in Americus for pizza and blue grass music!! Love the lake and views! Hope to go back again!"

"This y has everything. Lots of space for extended family, pool, pool toys, towels, dock. The kids enjoyed fishing, a day on the lake from a rented pontoon, saw a gator take out a fish, and enjoyed the pool and ping pong table. Quiet neighborhood, great time. Close to Cypress Grill and the marina. "
