"Room was clean. Needs updating"

"Room smelled like rot. Floor was sticky. Pet friendly, which was great. Water pressure was good."

"This is a great property to stay and meets all of my needs. The front desk associate, Maria, was friendly and helpful. The parking is easy; the location is convenient. The morning coffee is always fresh. Great place to stay."

"There was little bit of a misunderstanding for check-in. But that was quickly resolved. After that, everything was excellent. The room the stay everything was excellent. I cannot emphasize how great this place is. I give him six stars. 6 out of 5. Awesome totally awesome."

"1. Had to go across the street to register at The Baymont. Should have been noted on Expedia, would have been a red flag. 2. Exterior was dirty and worn. Needs a Power wash for the entire building. 3. First Room was clean, with one broken light. However there was an atrocious stink in the room. I sprayed foot spray all over did not help. I tried to live with it but made me nauseous. Moved to a second room. It too was very clean the smell was a little better. But no coffee...

"Very nice pet friendly property. Nice little place tucked in a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes for cooking our own meals. The home was very clean with the exception of a single juice box that was tucked back under one of the couches that we took care of with ease. The location is within couple minutes of a grocery store, convenience stores and fast food. A 15 minute trip brings you to Derby, Ks that has many more restaurants, shopping and...

Sleeping room was adequate for the 6 people in our family. With all of that said, the highlight of our trip was one of the property managers, Dusty. In our short 3 night stay, Dusty responded to the property twice (once to assist with an issue we were having with a light switch & to show us around the property, and the second time to personally escort...

"Front desk staff last night was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Nice breakfast."
