"The room was spacious and comfortable- we had the best time ever. The staff was super friendly."

"At any time, anybody can go in your room. That is With the property without even informing you. When we got back from the store there was a person in our room. We felt very violated and my husband had to place a chair up against the door at nightbecause there was no deadbolt on the door. This was very poor taste. We left, they said that they informed us over the phone. I did not get any phone call. My wife did not get any phone call. We will not be staying here ever again"

"Mountainside is a wonderful place to stay. They charge for parking (Expedia won't allow me to say how much parkig was) which is a pretty big ripoff since we had to park outside and not in the garage. This is a new money grab by Marriott so just be aware that the "deal" that it look like you are getting on Expedia is going to be more expensive beause of parking. They always used to offer free parking for one car and a fee for for an additional car which seemed totally reasonable to me. Aside...

"The hotel is AMAZING! You don’t even have to leave the property. They have several restaurants (along with room service), a huge outdoor area with fireplaces, a pool with a few large hot tubs, many spaces to just relax in the lobby area with games… and they have an awesome spa! We went off season, but once it cools down, there will be skiing too! And most of all… the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Especially Christian! Thank you all so much! "After a very nice welcome by staff at check-in things started going downhill. I had asked for a room with a "nice" view and when we got to the room it was a view of a road, dirt hill, parking lot and a tree blocking what little view we had. Then we noticed the room was 80 degrees. Uncomfortable. Found out later the AC was out in the whole complex. Great, no one at the desk notified us. Thank goodness for fans in the room and cool weather. We were hoping to take advantage of their in-house steak...

"Perfect place for what we needed for a weekend with 4 kids and 3 adults. The condo had a well-stocked kitchen, and overall we had everything we needed during our stay. The stovetop was usable, though one side had minor damage that made me a little cautious when cleaning the surface. One thing to know: the front desk staff are not very helpful for condo-specific issues since they don’t manage the property directly, so make sure to save the welcome email with the property manager’s contact...
