"Overall an okay stay. Our room did not look like it had been fully cleaned when we arrived, there was a empty packet on the floor by the bed and the glass on the wardrobe was covered in finger marks. The room was also hotter inside than outside with no real way of opening window and a very small fan provided for us. I am glad they offered the fan but honestly it was the hottest room I have been in in years. The prices at the bar were appalling considering there was nowhere else to go for 10...

"Property is in a great location and close to Warwick castle. Unfortunately the room was very dirty with dust and cobwebs all around the room. Some items in the kitchen were dirty and had not been cleaned. Pool was warm and the facilities were good."

They take good pride in their food and for good reason - everything was absolutely delicious and at the highest levels, quite shocking for such a small place. "This charming hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes walk crossing the footpath bridge over the River Avon to The Royal Shakespeare Company Theater, Holy Trinity Church, Shakespeare’s birthplace, local restaurants, shopping and things to see.
