"We rented the Cypress and Magnolia cabin for 4 days and had a wonderful time. We had 15 of us total (10 adults, 1 teen, 2 littles kids,and 2 infants) we had more than enough room for a large group with both cabins. The cabins were clean and had everything we needed supplied in the kitchens for cooking. Not to far of a walk from the cypress cabin down to the water. We really enjoyed the relaxation and quiet days spend at this location. We would come back again. "

"The house was beautifully decorated. The view of the lake was gorgeous. I spent the majority of my time sitting on the porch reading. My husband spent all of his time fishing. He enjoyed catching so many types of fish. He only did catch and release but he had a great time. We went to just relax after a rough august and this place was perfect. "

"Wendel’s Place was the perfect place for my family to spend a relaxed week on red creek with my family. The kitchen is well equipped, beds comfortable and location is to die for. It’s quiet with a great view of the river and you can easily float from the cabin to City Bridge in two hours (good trip for small kids). We will be back. Probably soon."

"We were in town for. Church gathering at Flint Creek. The property is a 7 minute drive to Flint Creek. It's also closer to restaurants than staying in one of the cabins at Flint Creek. In price comparisons with cabins at Flint Creek, this property wins. It has all the comforts of home including a well stocked kitchen, dish washer, washing machine, and dryer.
