"Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we walked in, everything felt outdated. Things only got worse when we went into the bedroom and found a massive stain on the bed. We immediately called the front desk, only to be told that housekeeping was gone for the night. Instead of helping us properly, they sent security to leave a plastic bag with sheets for us to change the bedding ourselves. To make matters worse, they didn’t even bring the correct sheets the first...

"Everything you need is right there on the property. I paid extra to stay closer to the waterpark area, and I think that's the way to go if you plan to go there often or have someone who can't walk a lot. The front desk staff was very helpful in explaining everything, and the rooms were pretty nice. We bought their package that included a room, 2 shows, 2 mini golf games, go-karts, gift cards, and waterpark access. The shows were entertaining enough, but all my kids could think of was going to...

"We had 3 adults and 1 child. We stayed in a one-bedroom unit. We were right by a playground and pool (that pool wasnt open yet but there were other options). Kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed, as well as additional bedding to make up the pull out couch. It was clean and comfortable. Certainly enjoyed being away from the bustle of town. Would recomment and stay again."
