"The room was clean but outside landscaping where the patio was needed some attention. We stayed on a bottom room, and the people above us was pretty loud. Making s’mores with the family was a lot of fun and the events director was amazing. There’s a lot of things that could be offered on the property but it’s all shut down which is a bummer. A bit overpriced for what you get. "

"Check in was pretty quick even though they were busy. The room was nice and clean. We enjoyed the fitness center and hot tub. Next time we'll stay longer for sure."

"The hotel was full at the time we stayed. Staff couldn’t help me with the few requests I had. The pool is very small and was overcrowded. Breakfast had long lines had to wait for very long time"

"Breakfast was good but it should have more variety and change it up so it didn't become the same old same old. We did notice what appeared to us as a vagrant in the parking lot when we returned from a show between the theatre and hotel. That was a turn off."

"It was stated that check-in is at 4:00pm. We arrived at 6:00pm and were told our room was not ready and to check back in an hour. We came back at 7:30pm and were able to check in but when we entered our room it appeared that it had never been cleaned from the previous occupants. We hauled our luggage back down from the 8th floor, were given a new room but then were presented with what appeared to be blood droplets all over the comforter once we pulled it back. "The drive to the property was very nice. Once we. Checked in it seemed nice until the ants showed up! There was an army of ants which caused me to shorten my trip. I have never never seen that many ants in my life in a house and . I am 58 years. The whorl pool was dirty it wasn’t properly cleaned. It was very gross. "

"Really nothing to complain about except for tiny things that really don’t matter. I would highly recommend and if I ever traveled to Branson Missouri again this would be the place I would stay."

"My only two gripes was that the toilet was loose so every time you sat down it slammed back into place and the room had a comically oversized dresser beneath the tv that took up most of the walkway. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and bed was comfy. I was really impressed with the selection of breakfast foods available every morning. Front desk staff was cheery and personable. We will definitely be staying here every time we visit branson."
