"Clean and nice"

"The house and location was exactly what we were looking for…..but very confusing where boat dock and boat ramp is with no help of the host to figure it out. I got the boat in the water and parked in a dock still not sure if we used the right one. Bathroom tub drain doesn’t drain by rooms with 2 beds. Master bath has 6”x6” hole cut around shower head. Kitchen silverware drawer is broke and will fall out if you aren’t careful. The over the range microwave is broken- there is an old microwave on...

"Was exactly as described and with great attention to details such as a fully stocked kitchen, incidentals in bathroom, great upper deck and plenty of comfortable seating throughout , and an outdoor grill, fire pit outdoor conversation pit (not enough time use all available). Location also was great as close to 2 grocers, several parks and kayak rentals. Exceeded my expectations! Thank you for offering such a great place, minor and to note, is located in a wooded peaceful area that is bounded by...

"Great place to stay on Kentucky lake. Worked great for me because of the access to the marina and boat ramp at the Brownfield Riverside Resort. Host responded quickly when I had questions."

"We were very happy when we arrived to see the place. It has a homey feeling & views that go on forever. Everything you could possibly need was already there including the coffee. Such a wonderful experience!"

"A nice little place close to the ramp and room to park your boat. Host was extremely accommodating!"

"We loved it"

"The inside of the house was good but the outside of the house was terrible"

"We stayed at this cabin during a very hot week in July, and overall it was a beautiful place for a relaxing getaway. The cabin itself is very clean, spacious, and well laid out. The master bedroom and bathroom are on one side of the cabin, while the other two bedrooms and second bathroom are on the opposite side, giving everyone plenty of privacy. The deck has an amazing view, and we spent a lot of time enjoying it. The full-size grill worked great, there were plenty of dishes, cookware, lawn...

"Very nice place. Was disappointed there was only a queen in the master suite, would have thought the king would have been in that room because of the bathroom attached. But overall it was a very clean and cozy home. Should state that towels are provided on advertisement. "
