"There were 8 of us in our group on a weekend motorcycle ride from Hartford SD. We started up to Fargo and then across into MN. Stopped in Hancock for supper at Buddies. Excellent supper and people!!! Had to wait out a storm so pulling into the VRBO and being able to park all 6 bikes into the garage was fantastic! Property was gorgeous and we will be planning another trip! The only complaint we had is that we were not staying longer than one night!! We will definitely come back! Thank you!!! "

"We were visiting the U of M Morris and stayed here. Beautiful home, very clean, plenty of space - in and out - for a family. Fabulous having some of the basic amenities (coffee, shampoo, etc.) Peaceful and relaxing stay. We look forward to staying again in the future. Fellow UMM friends, it's only 15 min from town. "

"Your accommodations were excellent. Food was good. It was a little challenging to get to the second floor. Bathroom was not unexpected park across the street is beautiful too bad. "The Boar's Abode was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. There was plenty of room for our entire family. The kitchen worked great for cooking all of our meals and grilling outside was great. The massage chair was a popular relaxation spot for the teens and young adults. Would definitely rent this place again. "

"We came with extended family…grandparents down to middle school aged grandchildren. The cabin was clean and spacious. Everyone had their own space but we had lots of room for family games and meals. We loved the kayaks and it was easy to get our boat in the water and hooked up to the dock for tubing and skiing. "Our family loved our stay! We made use of the heated garage for meals and games. There were many conversation areas. The game area in the basement was perfect for the younger ones in the group. "This house is the perfect place for a friends or family trip. There are three bedrooms on the top floor, and the basement is basically an open area with 3, full size, bunk beds. We had 5 adult couples, and we fit comfortably. 2 couples shared the basement space, with the remaining having their own rooms on the top floor. "The pool and hot tub were excellent. Beds were average to above average. King-size bed is really a Queen. Comfortably sleeps 10 upstairs and 11downstairs. Living room furniture is ready for replacement along with the patio chairs. It was fun being able to get 8 chairs around the table for food and games. Appliances, kitchen items and linens were perfect. Loved having a good washing machine and dryer. Overall, loved being there. Would love to stay there again sometime."
