"Room was terribly noisy off the nearby expressway. Bed was uncomfortable. There was a huge disruption in the middle of the night when a loud argument/fight occurred somewhere outside our room. This was brought to the attention of the front desk staff upon checkout. They explained that several wedding parties had been booked that evening, and seemed sympathetic to our complaint but offered no remedy or course of action. Will definitely not be booking with any Marriott hotels in the future....

"My room was clean, and comfortable. The blackout curtains worked perfectly,(room stayed very dark all night 😃). The only issue I ran into was the shower; there was seemingly no way to activate the shower head and the bath tub was extremely flimsily. I weigh 150 lbs. and the bottom of the tub would collapse under my feet. Upon checking out, I informed the front desk of the issue. He immediately pulled out a replica of the tub faucet and showed me how it worked. Not being a frequent traveler this...

"To Ben one of the nicest hotels in downtown canton I expect for it to be better. It’s very outdated. There needs to be a jacuzzi and sauna, rooftop area to chill and more common areas away from the public. There’s to many events that’s happening to really relax and not be bothered. There’s staff are mainly assisting with the event and don’t pay much attention to the guests who are staying at the hotel. Other than that food is great. Room service didn’t come into my room and bring fresh towels...

"This location is prime to the flea market and hot air balloon festival. The breakfast server works very hard to keep the tables clean and the buffet stocked. You have many choices such as eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, cereal, bagels, muffins, waffles, yogurt, juices, and coffee. The rooms are spotless, the staff friendly, and the tv selections numerous. Our 2nd visit- planning on coming back!"

"Very comfortable room and beautiful surrounding area. Great patio on second floor to view the area and relax with a book or your favorite beverage. Been there a few times and it doesn’t disappoint."

"Beautiful setting, amenities are nice but unless you stay more than one night, not too beneficial. The price of the room was ultimately what drew us there. If you are looking for a normal hotel and modern type rooms, this isn’t for you, but if you want something quiet, spacious, and don’t mind something older, this might be for you. My only real negative is, the AC couldn’t keep up with the temperature outside and it wasn’t even that hot out. Room was constantly at 74 and up while the AC was on...

"Handicap parking not close to entrance, all spaces reserved for re-peat customers .. Had to park at far end of building, was our only complaint"
