Cleaner was finishing vacuuming. I was TOLD the room was cleaned. LIE! Dried urine on floor by master bedroom. Even after they cleaned it had lingering smell, that they knew about. Dirt all over the floors, finger prints every where. Kitchen not wiped down. They came back and did clean some while I was there. Did find a hair...

" We stayed in a Suite with balcony at The Grand Superior Lodge for two nights - and could have spent longer. Perfect for relaxing on Lake Superior. We could have used laundry facilities, but the hotel referred to the town nearby, Two Harbour."

"This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom had what appeared to be blood smeared across the door, there were yellow droplets on the ceiling that might have been mold, the backsplash hadn't been cleaned in several guests by the amount of toothpaste splatter. The room itself was ok, except for the dead bugs by the window, peeling paint chips all over the floor. When we went up to the restaurant to try to have lunch, we were told by 2 different staff the food would take at...

"Was not told the pool would be out of service. The price reflected a nice pool, was offered a $25 per night refund but was not able to receive it since it was booked thru Expedia. Vouchers for places we couldn’t use. Will NEVER EVER use Expedia for comfort inn AGEIN. Do you understand!!??!! "

"Parking lot snow removal could be better. Once we found a parking spot, we backed into and parked onto a snow bank. Either have a vendor that can properly remove the snow or add more parking spaces. We avoid using public WIFI, our mobile service was terrible in our rooms. We could only receive internet service once we left the building. "
