"No windows and natural lights, except for an inner courtyard inside the building. Room was fine but we had some problems with charging of our phones, as our European power converters didn't quite fit in the wickets. We need some more USB charger ports please. Great service with complimentary drinks and small dinner items. Fine and fresh. Our breakfast could use some bacon perhaps as well as some better yogurts and fresh bread. "We went to the ballgame. Close enough to walk to the game even in the atrocious heat. It's a very nice hotel. We got there early and a two bed wasn't ready so they put us in a king with sofa bed. Very spacious room but no windows. Very dark when the lights are off. Hopefully we never get a room with no windows again as we did not like that. The coffee table in front of the sofa must weigh two ton. It is extremely hard to move so that you can use the sofa bed. The noise at night is, very...

"The air conditioning was out in the hotel on a very hot day unfortunately. By the time we got back to the room that evening it was working but it took a while to cool everything off. The one thing I noticed in my room was a light fixture not working in the bathroom. However the beds are very comfortable."

"I loved staying here while attending a nearby concert. I was already pleased with the location and then when we were checking in they offered for us to purchase wristbands that would have a shuttle take us AND pick us up from the concert. I couldn’t be happier with my stay here. "

"Very clean room and spacious. Studio room, dishwasher, plates, utensils, as well as, fridge, microwave and all bath necessities and hair dryer. air cond nice. Pet friendly. LGBTQ+ friendly. Highly recommend valet parking $55 per night, secured with in/out privileges. Hotel staff and security very welcoming! Recommend."

"I do not understand how people stay in any hotel room and only have cleaning service every 4 days. How are we supposed to get more coffee? Most importantly, what do people do with their bath towels without any place to hand them. Do you want the guests to drape them over furniture in the living area? Are we supposed to throw them on the floor and use them again? They makes no sense to me."

"This would have been a fabulous stay if the air conditioning was working properly. The maintenance team addressed the issue promptly and did all they could at the time. Our AC was able to cool us enough that we were able to sleep, but not any cooler than 72°. The room units seem to be failing throughout the hotel. We were lucky to arrive right at check in time, so our unit was serviced shortly after we brought up the issue, but I can’t imagine the team had time to work on all the units in...
