"The hotel itself was very well maintained, and the woman at the front desk during the day was absolutely wonderful. Our room appeared to be clean, but we found a bottle cap on the night stand and the trash hadn’t been taken out. This was noticed as soon as we arrived in our room. "I stayed at this hotel two separate times in one weekend and valet both times and drank one water out of the room and was charged differently even though the stays where identical. When I contacted the hotel about the issues they told me they couldn’t do anything because it was booked through Expedia. "When we checked in we had to put down a credit card for hidden fees for parking that I would’ve thought that would be already included for the stay. As soon as we sat on the bed, it flattened out to the box springs. We were literally sleeping on the box springs. The toilet ran non stop."

"This is one of my favorite places to stay in STL. It is affordable, with helpful welcoming staff, and its own locked parking garage behind the hotel. It is convenient to the SLU campus and Central West End. If you aware a family or budget traveler looking for accommodations for this location, I highly recommend this hotel!"
