"Excellent hotel we were there for new edition concert and so was the Ne crew for tour, good cafe but everyone wanted a latte. The gym was really good and poll also only issue I had was no attendant in this space early in the morning for towels and turn steam room on…. I needed a steam otherwise excellent hotel."

The hotel is undergoing repairs and updating parts, so it was under construction, but glad to see improvements are being made. Our room furnace broke and we were getting heat only in there, it was hot. Then we were moved to another room for a night while they fixed. "Kind staff that did there best, but was consistently hampered by poor execution, limited resources, and bad information. Rooms were misassigned and not ready. Common amentities blocked off during events. Long lines and painfully slow check-ins. Missing or understaff bellmen and housekeeping. A beautiful building with people who really wanted to help, but just couldn't execute."
