"During our last stay we needed the room cleaned last minute, they were quick and helpful."

"We always love to stay at Holiday Inn, but this past visit our bed was slanted and very creaky. The crib we were given for our baby had broken bars and the shower had very little pressure. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The kids had a blast in the pool (though those pool towels are very tiny and don't dry you at all). The free breakfasts are always a must, but the waffle maker was also broken... (See a pattern here?) The room stayed nice and cool, the tv worked well, the car stayed...

"The property had debris laying around under the breezeway and in the back of the parking area. The staff was nice. She asked if we wanted to pay $5 more for a renovated bathroom and we said yes. The room was nice looking but the floor had a sticky residue that made a sticking sound with every step. The bathroom floor was dirty with hair and dirt pushed to the corners and we paid $5 extra! I booked online and when I got to the property I told them just that the staff tried to charge me again saying I didn’t pay online despite me showing them the receipt and the confirmation number. And for some reason they asked multiple times if I had any animals with me despite me saying numerous times that it was just me and my fiancée. And show the management worker that i paid $63.55 for the room online the confirmation number 73337227501820 and the to explain and the office manager informed me that they don't accept online reservation online. So I wasn't able to stay at the coachmans hotel on the 28 of December. I had to get a room at another hotel down the road from coachmans...

"You pay for what you get. Pros: Reasonably priced Clean Cons: Lake is farther away then thought. Needs some small improvements. There isn't much to do in the area. Overall, wasn't a bad place to sleep."
