"The house was beautiful, beds were comfortable and the hot tub was perfect for our group. It is close to the Saranac 6 high peeks and the village. Also, close to Lake Placid for some shopping. There were plenty of towels, linens were clean and there was ample bathroom space. We would return to this home. It was very inviting and relaxing!"

Dislikes - Poor wheelchair accessibility to building No juice at breakfast No ice machine on premises Expedia listed a hot tub among the amenities. I found no hot tub on the premises."

"Cadence is such a lovely spot, the rooms are so clean, it's in a beautiful location convenient to so many activities and the staff and owners are wonderful! They treat you like family. They have an incredible restaurant on site that is one of the best in the area, their breakfast is plentiful and delicious. I love that they have a gathering area that is heated in all seasons that offers a place outside your room to relax by either an indoor or outdoor fire a must in the ADK!"

"Amazingly cute little cabin with a stone fireplace. So cozy and welcoming. Small but well defined areas made it very comfortable. Loved personal little touches like handwritten notes on how to work the TV, cleanup and welcome. Amazingly sweet porch with a “Welcome Gnome”, lights and chairs to enjoy the beautiful outdoor area. We were there in the rain which added its own charm but in the summer I bet the fire pits are magical. Would definitely love to stay here again and for longer!!!!"

"It was a lovely cabin in a beautiful area. We enjoyed a fun pizza place in Ausable Forks, hit many different hikes, and did an adventure walk in Ausable Chasm. The host was super responsive and really great! Great stay!"

"This is indeed a cozy cabin. It has a lovely wrap around deck and a perfect firepit in the backyard. It is an excellent destination to bring a dog to. The host was extremely responsive and we look forward to seeing the property after the bathroom renovations.Other folks mentioned that the cabin is very well appointed and we agree. Drip coffee machine, wine openers, gas stove - all provided. We stayed here while our child was at CanAm and it turned out perfectly."
