"The house was beautifully decorated. It was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The washer and dryer was a huge plus. You can walk to the water in the backyard and go paddle boarding or kayaking which was great. The island is small so everything is close by. A golf cart was included which was also perfect. Overall great stay! "

"The house was very well appointed and well thought out design on a beautiful oceanside with excellent snorkeling right out front. The check-in process could not have been better. We were met at the airport, brought to the ferry, picked up right away by the property manager with golf cart waiting and brought to the home with no delay. Checkout was just as smooth. The islands of Russell and Spanish wells were stunning and we cannot wait to come back!"

"We stayed for 8 nights. The house was exactly as advertised. Very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Kayaks were right on the beach and ready to use. Bikes in great shape. Beach chairs. Quick walk to the beach. Golf cart included. Nice back deck with table and chairs for 6. Fenced yard for privacy. Look forward to getting back again. Sharon was awesome!"

"The property was perfect for the two of us, great AC, comfortable king bed, the wifi was good we even brought our roku. The best part of the beach (still plenty of sand at high tide),was only steps away, cut through the cemetery then past one house. The outdoor shower before you came back inside was key. "We had a very nice and the weather was great. Sea Sea Villa had everything a person could need in a home in Spanish Wells. Sherwin was great from the start to the end. Taking care of minor problems quickly. The location to the beach was very convenient. I only wish we would have had a better way to get the kayak to the beach."

"We loved our stay; the water is clear, beautiful, with a protective sandbar which kept out anything like sharks, jellyfish, etc. Property manager, Vince, was so friendly and took time to talk with us about the area. Enough restaurants to go to a different one most nights. Car is not necessary unless you’re going to Eleuthera; just used a golf cart for the week. Wonderful vacation."

"We needed a place to stay for one night, and this place worked out fine. It was clean and well stocked. It was bit farther from the beach than we expected, although with a golf cart that is not an issue. So if you need an inexpensive place to stay on Spanish Wells, this fits the bill. That said, I cannot really recommend coming to this island - especially if you want to experience the Bahamas, as there is really nothing Bahamian about this island. It is instead more more of a south Florida...

"Everything we needed was there! The houses are so pretty, intimate and ocean front! The location is amazing! Paddle boards to get around in the ocean...where all the sea life shoes up!
