"The location was EXCELLENT and made the stay one of the BEST we have ever experienced! We were on a 10 day anniversary trip and stayed several others places in other islands. This by far was our FAVORITE. The view from our room was breathtaking watching the sunset every night. The room was decorated so cute and modern. The housekeepers were very friendly and put together rose petal hearts on our bed and iced down some wine on our Anniversary day. The restaurant on the property had excellent...

"Langt fra stjernerne Værelserne er dejlig store, men ikke særlig lydtætte. Dårlig Wifi eller snarre ingen på værelserne. Servicen fra personalet er meget svingende og de er ikke særlig venlig eller imødekommende, hverken ved pool eller restaurant. Vi havde bestilt værelse til 3, men da vi kom var der ikke redt op til 3. Så bad vi om det og så satte de blot sengetøjet udenfor døren. En dag manglede vi håndklæder og sådan fortsatte det..... Placering ved stranden var dejlig, men der er ikke...

"Good ocean view from balcony and pool, including sunset. 5 minute walk along road to restaurants and beach. Central location for island activities. Snorkel shop and snorkeling at beach. This side of island has exposure to trade winds, so the snorkeling is rougher than the west side. "

"Arrival and departure was simple and very much appreciated. The Treehouse was clean and perfect for easy beach access and great food at the Landing. We loved our stay and Win was so quick and accommodating with our needs. This is not a 5 star hotel where all the dishes match so if you need that, there are many other guests waiting in line ... but we loved it and will definitely be back. Our stay exceeded above and beyond."

"The place was perfect for us with walking distance to the dive center, beach, and to the Landing restaurant. It was small and quaint with friendly cats and peacocks just roaming the property! We enjoyed our stay and will be back again! "

"We extended our stay by 2 nights and needed a place to stay. The Mermaid worked out fine for us (could use a new mattress) and the view was amazing! The owner was great and very easy to work with and replied to us right away. We did not enjoy the ride to get up there, but we were warned about it in the description. You do need an SUV to travel up there. Thanks for the stay!"

"We loved everything about our stay here and plan to return! The cottage itself was so cute and cozy and had everything we needed. We loved the location, the beach, the snorkeling, The Landing restaurant’s food and drinks (we ate there 5 times!), and loved the free beach chairs. We had a car and toured the whole rest of the island and were happy we had chosen this place on Cane Bay!"

"Awesome location. Beautiful view, loved the decks, easy walk to the beach, very quiet. Great well stocked kitchen. Good laundry with extra linens. Great air conditioning for the bedrooms. WiFi was reliable. No cell service, shower pressure a bit lacking. Some of bed rooms and beds a little dated but comfy. Central location between the 2 big cities 20-25 min to both. Closest grocery store 15 min. Definitely needed and wanted a car got used to driving on the left side of the road quickly....

My wife and I truly enjoyed Cane Bay Cottage, especially its wrap around lanai, which offered a panoramic view of the lush surrounding hillside and the turquoise waters below, almost always with a cooling breeze wafting through. The interior of the house is very functional, with all “the comforts of home.” We also benefited greatly from the advice and assistance of the cottage’s Concierge - Annabel - particularly with regard to her recommendation for the services of a driver...
