"Our stay at the hotel was really, really great. Everything from the service level of ALL the staff to the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel, in general, to the quality of the food was top-notch. The hotel oozes of class. Even though it is a classy hotel, we felt very much welcome with our two small children (ages 4 and 1), given the attentiveness and caring nature of the staff. If I had to point out a flaw, it would be that one has to go and down through the 5th floor to get to/from the rooms...

"This is a perfect location for a one-night stay before taking an early morning flight from Delhi. Great location, comfortable rooms, good amenities, pool and a good restaurant. On top we were able to leave some bagage behind during our 6-day trip to Nepal even though we were not coming back for another stay. That was a great help for our travel plans. "Room and bathroom were very old and dirty. It was in no way similar to the rooms in the pictures. The hotel may have been nice once, but it must have been at least 10 years ago. Unbelievably much noise from the street and the other rooms. I'm speechless how this place can have a 8.8 rating on hotels.com. Those reviews must be either very old or fake. But the staf was very friendly, despite them giving us a wrong room."

"A quality 5-star hotel at an afdordable price. Huge rooms with a fantastic view. Two pools and gardens in the sky. Very observant and helpful staff. Location is both good and bad - good for being away from the hazzle of the many people and beggars as well as the worst traffic noise of Delhi, and bad for being quite far from the main points of interest. It will take you 45-60 min. to come to Old Delhi"
