"This place is a small piece of heaven! Great service from all staff right from the very beginning. Before arrival - Comms were timely and accurate and helpful. The meals provided were great (especially the Oxtail stew! 😋) and delivered to your individual lodge. The situation of the lodge is beautiful - wherever you look the scenery transfixes you. "You know the difference of a nice hotel to a great one is the little things.We were there for one night and leaving early the next morning and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating from packing us a packed breakfast to assisting us with info.The rooms are unique with the finishes and the ambiance created.we loved the wood.makes the place feel a bit closer to nature.The hotel and the room was very clean and comfortable.The tea station was well stocked with fresh milk in the...

"The place was generally in good keep including the room, except behind the curtains. Spiders had spun their webs everywhere resulting in us having to ask the reception desk for spray to kill them, so this was a big no no to housekeeping. Dining area staff seemed absent minded throughout the four days there. Tranquil and refreshing overall although I found myself wishing that I had booked into a mainstream hotel on several occasions."

"Amazing spot to disconnect and enjoy nature. The grounds are beautiful. Full of nature, animals, and all the fun sights and sounds you would expect. It is quite remote, so expect at least an hour drive from Kokstad. But the Flitwick team were very accommodating and made the stay a wonderful vacation. "

"This was a one night stopover. The standard room was very small and looked over a putting green. The restaurant was closed on Saturdays but stayed open for guests. Very limited menu and poor food. The wifi was non existent. The grounds are lovely and the rooms looking over the river might be quite nice. "
