With a day care center right next door and railroad tracks nearby, all was quiet and restful. We could hear the train whistles distantly but they did not interfere in any way with sleep. "There were 17 of us ranging from 5-adult and this property was the perfect place. The kids were NEVER bored. The pictures are hard to decipher the bedroom layout- upstairs has 4 separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. The lower level is a bedroom/office, and full bath, so really 5 separate bedrooms which was perfect for the adults and all the kids crashed on the 3 HUGE couches.
