"The staff was amazing!! Upon check in, Kayla was super friendly. It was our first stay at this chain and she explained the snacks, dinner/drinks and the breakfast perfectly. As for our room, we got off to an odd start as the bed linens were pulled down. Jaz and Kayla moved us to another room. Same thing happened. We were moved to a third room and it was all good. Upon checking out, the general manager asked if everything was ok and I told him yes after the rough start. He apologized and...

"Excellent stay. The hotel itself was very quiet and super clean. Loved the bed and pillows! I would have loved another blanket in the room as it’s just a sheet and very thin blanket but I’m sure I could have asked for one. Parking was a challenge unless you pay for valet which is $45. We ended up just paying the valet fee but that process was so smooth and fast! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar was excellent as well and had a very romantic feel to it. Will return! "
