"Our stay was awesome. When we arrive, we arrived seven hours early. I walked in and asked so we could check in early and a manager looked it up and said no problem. We have two rooms available. That made our stay very enjoyable. We were able to start our vacation soon. We took off and enjoyed the sites of Memphis. My kids got to swim in a swimming pool. My grandkids had an awesome time. I would recommend Hyatt lotta places to see a lot of places to go. A lot of stuff was close."

"I loved this property. I will definitely seek out this hotel again when I return to Memphis. I really appreciated the historic nature of the property. Loved that it was close to the National Civil Rights Museum and the Lorraine Motel, plus other popular attractions like Beale Street. The staff was great. The cafe and coffee shop was great. And the bar was staffed by pros."

"Went to visit family. Was greeted by staff upon arrival and was checked in quickly. The room was nice and spacious. The bathroom is nice and clean as well. Beds are super comfy. It was like we were sleeping on a cloud. Duvets should be clipped by the corners though, the duvet kept moving around clumping in the cover, but it’s manageable.
