"We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Resort. We were able to get interconnected rooms for our family of five and this worked out well. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the pool and all the little spots to relax, and the staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Buffet breakfast was reliable - pizzas at the pool were fantastic and we loved the fire show! Only real downside was the location, a shuttle service to and from town would have been...

"Liked the options for pools and snorkelling. Rooms are a bit tired and need some maintenance but wasnt expecting perfection. Boat to the mainland is very convenient. Main negative was the fact that we were sent an early bird special link to book massages and experiences, so we did but then when on the island they tried to charge full price. It took 3 separate conversations on 2 days to have the prices corrected. This took time from our holiday. An idea is also to put a small bar at the beach...

"Dejligt resort med mulighed for smukke kayak turer i lagonen. Vi oplevede god service og fik noget godt mad. Dog blev vi trætte af den høje franske musik som blev spillet til morgenmaden og ved poolen."

"Very picturesque. Snorkelling just off the beach. Breakfast included with room price and really good. Afternoon and evening meals also very good. Staff very friendly and very happy it’s a real tropical little island with 24hr ferry access to the mainland. What’s not to like?"

"We had a great stay! The pool is great for the kids, access to snorkel on the beach and great food onsite. I was travelling with just myself and my two small boys and felt super safe and comfortable the whole time!"

"Rigtig lækkert hotel med god service. Dog tog de meget overpris for transfer til/fra lufthavnen. Maden på hotellet er velsmagende og fair priser. Beliggenheden et godt stykke fra centrum/markedet men en taxa er billig at tage. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Lagoon Garden! The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, and the service was warm, thoughtful, and attentive. We truly enjoyed our time here and felt well taken care of. Highly recommend this lovely place, and we would definitely love to come back!"

"Godt personale - fin morgenmad, man kunne få den store morgenmad med æg, bacon, pølse og toast men vi fik lov at skift bacon og pølse ud med pandekager som msn ellers skulle have betalt ekstra for Rengøring og udskiftning af håndklæder når vi ville have det - meget fin service Det kaldes for et luksus hotel hvilket det måske engang har været - det trænger til en Update af mange af husene - men det kommer måske en dag når hotellet igen bliver fuldt booket - vi fik en god rabat på prisen men jeg...

"Wonderful stay and welcoming friendly staff in a beautiful location."

"For our first time in Vanuatu we managed to book 2 nights here before moving over to Port Vila for the remainder of our trip. The transfer from the airport to the banana boat and then welcome to the hotel was great after a delayed flight. If you have mobility issues, this probably isn’t the place for you as you’ll need to manage your bags on a floating pontoon. The staff are all incredible and so kind. We checked in to villa 2 and while we booked through Expedia, we were sent a text long...

"Lelife is set in beautiful gardens next to the sea. I stayed in a tent that was well set out. There was a kitchen that could do with more utensils etc. The shower was hot and clean. The food in the restaurant was very good. The staff were very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay at Llife."

"There were some disparaging comments left previously which didn’t put us off, so let’s address them. Dates: it is a little dated, if you’re expecting a “resort” like the Ramada, it’s not for you. It’s a well maintained family style resort where the staff are fantastic. The breakfast (delivered to your room) is a little different but perfectly adequate for your needs. It’s different but very enjoyable with the staff the absolute high point"

"If staying in Port Vila this is a good option. Just a short walk from city center. Lovely place with a nice room, pool and free kayaks and paddle board. Depending on your neighbors, it can be noisy in the rooms. "

"Beautiful beach front villa with very helpful friendly staff and great restaurant."

"Very pleasant stay. This place is particularly convenient for people staying a week or more. Not far from CBD, and nice views on the lagoon"

"Hi Island Magic Resort is a little bit out of Port Vila which we enjoyed. We also loved the self catering....could get fresh vegies and fish from the markets but also great to have Birdies cafe on site after busy day snorkling etc. The food was delicious especially the specials and the staff were lots of fun. The villas were lovely and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. It's also an easy walk to Tanna Coffee which was an added bonus."
