I booked through Expedia.com and made payment but when I got to the property I was told they were fully booked yet I had travelled over 200km.They grudgingly refunded me but I felt I was treated unfairly as they did not consider the inconvenience caused, my fuel etc but gave me exact amount yet I had also incurred some transaction charges."

For lunch or dinner we were expected to drive out of the camp and try and find a restaurant.The industrial /rural area in the vacinity . did not seem condusive to a family type of restaurant. The resort management could not give a solution and agreed that a cancellation of our booking was the best solution. "
