"Very accomodating for me and my cat! Great bed."

"I was a huge fan of Brookmere and I will go back. However, I was quite sad to see every trip resulted in more issues than the last. I suspect the hotel is very thinly staffed because the issues stemmed from lack of care rather than poor facilities. e.g. Housekeeping would clean the bathroom but leave all the hair on the floor, repeatedly. "I didn’t know where the front desk was when I went in. It looked like the check in for the restaurant. There was no one around. I walked around and finally found someone to ask where the front desk for the hotel was. I still had to wait for 2 people to come out. Then his computer didn’t work. The other person who seemed annoyed had to help me check in. She did ask if I had a preference, I asked for a low level room, minimal walking to out side. "We chose the hotel due to it being within walking distance from SPAC, where we attended a concert. The check-in was quick. The hotel is beautiful. Our room was clean and well appointed for a one-night stay. There is a Kuerig and a mini-fridge in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located within Saratoga Spa State Park, where there are many trails to explore. The hotel provided us with a map and we enjoyed walking some of the beautiful trails. "The hotel was clean. It had two outdoor sitting areas, plus lots of indoors seating. It had a pool and exercise room which I did not have time to use. The room was bigger than expected with a sitting area and desk, plenty of counterspace, etc. All was good."

"I felt this hotel was overpriced for what I got. They had to change my room because the dark window shade was broken and wouldn’t open at all. That room was dark and depressing. I didn’t understand how to raise and lower the temperature in my room. The staff member’s solution was to have me just reave it off which was not a good solution. "Property has parking lot, also restaurant with bar, convenient located off the I-87 and shopping center. Room was clean, carpet is new and some new wallpaper in the area new. The bathroom okay, worn off. Staff was nice."
