"It had a heated pool but at the time we went there were many young people enjoying it. Older building. No elevator to second floor. Ice machine and laundry/washer/dryer available on floor. Vending machines down by the office. Perfect location in town close to all the trails, and scenic walks. Individual heat pump in each room."

"OLD!!! Not what we expected. My wife wanted to leave when we walked in the door. I told her everything was booked in the area, and we made due. Bed was comfortable, but found flea beetles on the bed when we woke up. Texted the number in the lobby to communicate with no response now in ten hours. other than the bugs, small fridge available, microwave, small coffee maker, towels and shower work, but shower was all dark colored grout around the bottom. Bathroom very small, one roll of...

"Staff stated that the hotel was too full to take out garbage and replace towels in room for 3 days of our stay. I had to physically get bags and take out garbage myself."

"Wow, what a wonderful, historic, and afordable lodging! The house and property are beautiful. I paid extra for a private bathroom in my clean, comfortable, and cozy room. The innkeeper William was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. He explained to me that the young deer I saw chilling out in the back yard is named Stella and that she was born on the property. Parking was plentiful and downtown was within walking distance. I only stayed one night and did not come into contact with any other...

"Our room was clean and comfortable and check in was super easy. We liked that it was close to everything in Saranac Lake. During a very busy season, we appreciated that we were not required the two night minimum that many hotels charge. The room was slightly outdated but the price was affordable and the amenities are good. We will definitely return!"

"The space was perfect for our needs. The mini fridge in the room was very handy, and the shared kitchenette space was a nice touch. We really enjoyed the mix of vintage and new! The room was right out of central casting, but updated with a really nice shower and sink and TV availability. It was super close to the downtown of Saranac Lake, and we could walk to a nice hike."

"Amazing place, Bob and Sheila were great. Don’t miss this one. A great way to experience the Adirondacks."

"Lovely hostess at this bed & breakfast where we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. It checked everything on my wish list: relaxing atmosphere, clean room decorated in theme, lake access and a place to sit and enjoy the water and nature. I hope to return !"

"Very cute place for a single or couple. Very comfortable bed. Good off street parking. Super clean. Owner was readily available for questions. Wi-Fi particularly good.... all around highest rating."

"Such a cute apartment! My kids loved it, thought it felt like a tree fort. Lots of games to play. Would definitely stay here again."

"Very comfortable. My son and I had a nice stay."

"This cozy cabin is simply splendid and the amenities were the perfect touch. We loved the private dock on the water and kayaks provided were wonderfully unexpected. We had a great time and look forward to our next visit to Saranac Lake and this property."

"Super clean private room with fully intentional and effective set up. Mary and Kevin were above and beyond accommodating."

"Absolutely love the treehouse! "

"Perfect spot for a little get away! Minutes from lake placid, but secluded and quiet"

"The accommodations were very large, clean and comfortable...the setting was beautiful! The only downside was that it was not very well insulated for sound...so footsteps and conversations from upstairs were "loud & clear"! "

"A magical time at the lake with our dog. Quiet and comfortable. We loved sitting by the fire pit watching the sunset. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. We were close to Lake Saranac and Lake Placid as well as hiking trails. Can't wait to return."
