"This was our last night in Costa Rica before heading home and we booked it due to the swimmingpool. When we arrived we were notified about that the swimmingpool was closed due to maintenance which we was not informed about prior checking in- our kids on 3 & 6 was very sad about this and had we been informed in due time had we chosen another hotel closer to the airport. Not the best service from either Aloft and Hotels.com. Besides that is the hotel fine and the breakfast good. The surrounding...

Fint personale hele vejen igennem.

"I travel a lot and this is one of top favorite places I have stayed at! Absolutely perfect in every way! Perfect location, perfect breakfast, perfect service, beautiful and calming atmosphere and breathtaking views! Sylvia is so attentive, helpful, kind, and flexible. We loved this gem of a spot! So glad we picked it! When we return to Costa Rica this will always be our spot!"

"I took the family for a stay at the ETM Private Wellness Retreat in Costa Rica. The villa is more beautiful than the pictures shows very spacious. The owner and the staff were attentive and freindly, local restaurant, market and shops minutes away. You think the pool is the main attraction, think again. Overall ETM Private Wellness Retreat is a place a plan on going back."

"You may run into issues when booking Expedia packages."

"This is by far the best place we stayed. I can say the host from the first contact to the end gave us excellent service. She is very helpful and detailed about everything. She goes out of her way to help. The cleaning stuff, maintenance person were excellent. I recommend the vella highly. I thank you very kindly."
