"We had a brief hiccup upon trying to get into the unit. We worked with the property manager, and she went above and beyond what she needed to do. The communication was awesome. The customer service was the best. Definitely going again next year. This was our second year staying at this property and it did not disappoint. There is a lot to do in the area. "This place is a hidden gem. A few minutes outside of Sandusky, the rooms are simple yet comfortable and the grounds are a lovely place to relax, be it outside with the porches, pavilions, and firepits, or in one of the shared spaces inside. Ranae's communication was friendly, prompt, and clear. My only regret was that we didn't have more time there."
