"Everything and everyone was excellent"

"Very disappointing experience. I called ahead to correct my reservation and was told it would be taken care of. I had already paid through Expedia for the hotel’s best suite for two nights, but when I arrived, the reservation was still wrong. Now they are giving me a basic room and asking me to pay again. Very poor communication and customer service"

"Newer property was nice. Ice maker near our room saw a lot of use through the night and woke me every time. Shouldn’t be placed near the rooms in my opinion"

"Super friendly staff. Very welcoming! Our kids loved the goodie bag full of candy to choose from on our way to the balloon fiesta!"

"Fantastisk sted. Godt værelse og super morgenmad"

"Comfortable rooms and pleasant staff for a 3 week stay in connection with work at nearby Los Alamos National Laboratory. Very nice that the hotel has washing machines and dryers that guests can use."

"The room is okay, just provides two bars of soap and the occasional roach."

"Hotelet udefra ser flot og pænt ud, men værelset vi bookede lugtede af gamle møbler og var forældet. Sengen var ikke særlig behagelig og man kunne mærke fjedrene. Badekaret på badeværelset så heller ikke rent ud med skjolder i bunden. Wifi virkede ikke halvdelen af tiden. Vi valgte at overnatte 1 ud af 2 dage. Tilgengæld var den lille by virkelig tæt på og virkede hyggelig"

"Nice property for a quick stay. We had a large room with a living room and kitchen. The kitchen table was obviously in the wrong location when we came into the room. Oddly, whole place services were laid out for 4 people. We asked for wine glasses because the only glasses in the room held about 20 oz. But there were no wine glasses or juice glasses to be found. Nonetheless, a nice property if you are in the area."

"The only thing I can say positive is the breakfast. The bed was uncomfortable. The comforter was a seventies style bedspread. The pillows substandard. When requesting more pillows I was told no and given blankets. The hot and cold water were backwards. There was no elevator. My room stated it was a first floor king it was on the second floor, again no elevator. The pool was under construction. My stay in the Quality Inn in Rio Rancho, NM was less than satisfying."

"The part I didn't like is they disabled my card for the room thinking I had checked out and it was too early I had all my stuff in that room"

"Very clean"

"Where do I even start? I don’t know how this place has any good reviews. It was filthy. The shower was yellow with filth and smelled like rot. It gave me athlete’s foot. The towels and sheets smelled moldy like the washing machine they were laundered in had never been cleaned. Shower curtain was also yellow with filth & smelled awful when wet. There was a fruit fly infestation from a garbage can in the common room that hadn’t been emptied in who knows how long. Hand towels/wash cloths weren’t...

"Beautiful of sunrises from my bed. Was very clean. Host was friendly and helpful. Great place."

"Lovely place, friendly host"
