We found a few dining options right in downtown Hollister; we really enjoyed Cosmos Bar and Grill! "I am sure that if we had got one off the other rooms in the hotel it would have been a very pleasent and komfortable experience, but we got one of the rooms in the ground floor 108 and there were a terrible noise from some tubes just outside our window that destroyed my night sleep totally. When i mentioned it to the reception they had never heard of it before which i simply cannot believe. One good advice if you choose this hotel.
