"I’ll start off by saying the staff was absolutely amazing and as helpful as they could be. The first room we were given smelled like sewage and part of the shower felt like it was going to break. They moved us and The second room had dirty sheets, and peeling paint. The rest of the room had a surface level of dirt and stains on the chairs. The staff replaced the sheets. The grossest problem was the pool and hot tub. The pool was dirty and had little chlorine, but the hot tub was FILTHY. The...

"First of all in the handicap room they only give you one bar of soap and the sink is about 25 feet away from the toilet. If you forget the soap in the shower, you have to go back and get it. There was also plaster on the shower ceiling with watermarks coming through. After the first night, the next day, the staff did not replace the shampoo or the washcloth. Nor did they change out the toilet paper roll, but left a new one sitting on the back of the toilet. The second day the staff never came in...
