"We didn't get the room we ordered (and paid for). The unfortunately very meager confirmation from Expedia, which did not list the room type, was not helpful either. There was a hole where the minibar with refrigerator was supposed to be. Hot water only came when asked one day and not at all the next. Since there were very few guests in the hotel, there was no breakfast buffet. That's ok, but the menu offering was very meager. They also managed to ensure that the tea was only served after all the...

"The staff at the property were utterly welcoming and hospitable. It is conveniently located, close enough to the main complex of Lumbini, and far enough to give you a sense of peace and quiet. The ambience of the property is unmatched, and they have also set up ground water replenishing pits and solar water heaters which make it an ecologically sustainable property. "

"This resort was an oasis. The facility was immaculate and the staff were attentive and professional. The pool was at a perfect temperature. Their on-site dining was delicious; we recommend trying the Nepalese specials like Mustang Aloo. We arranged a tour to Lumbrini to visit the temples and it was a 40 minute drive with a very helpful guide. "

"Very friendly staff and food was excellent. Rooms are jumbo sized with king beds chairs and large mirrors . Easy location for foreign visitors and the town is very neat and clean I highly recommend this property to all tourists ."

"Descent guesthouse in a good location near enough to everything but not loud and crazy. Within a 15 minute walk to bus station, 5-10 minutes away from food choices and banks etc. For this price hotels would be in worse shape so better to stay here. Shared shower and bathroom which were never cleaned i dont think. "

"Super surprised by our stay at Moyura Hotel, we had a lovely stay and all the staff were super helpful. First the room were the best we've had Nepal, especially at this price point. It was huge, squeaky clean with great facilities and an awesome shower. The restaurant was also a lovely suprise. Big thanks to Krishna Thapa who was working in the restaurant. We asked for all of dishes to be changed to be suitable for vegans, and he made what could have been a challanging order really simple....

"The location and overall appearance of the hotel is good. However, the room we stayed (first room on second floor) had a couple of dozen bugs in the room. We had to turn the lights in the room off and left only the bathroom lights on during the night hoping to attract bug away from us. We also had to use towels to block the bottom of our door to prevent more bugs from coming in from the hallway. Next morning we found a lot of dead bugs right outside of our room which was a horrible scene....
