"Listing says there's one bed and one bathroom. It also says there's a toilet and a shower in the bathroom - the toilet is a bucket with a plastic bucket seat and the shower is an outdoor hanging bag. No running water - just a cooler. Calling it a "cabin" is a stretch."

The hosts made everything about our stay easy, and we really appreciated all the things they've done to make the place cozy and comfortable. It had all the qualities and amenities listed, although what was really unique about is harder to describe. It felt like staying in a friend's cabin who wanted us to enjoy it even though they couldn't be there. And the cabin is surrounded by a beautiful part of northern New Mexico that's...

"Directions to place were excellent and we were greeted nucely and shiwn to our room. We had the Black Mesa king bedroom which was simple, very southwest, clean and had a very nice patio. Firewood would have been nice, but they said it was wet. We couldn't get the shower to work. These things could be forgiven since the rest of the stay was wonderful."
