"The room was okay and spacious. The check-in was confusing. We had to call to ask for a key to get in, soap, and the WiFi password. There were none of the usual amenities (ice, help at the front desk,etc). There was a bit of a language barrier. The sofa was torn and soiled. All-in-all it was ok."

The house itself is incredible, but the thing that I loved even more were all of the small touches that Donna provided. There was a lovely gift bag, little toys hidden like a treasure hunt for the kids and "in case you forgot anything" baskets with every kind of bathroom essential. The house was the best stocked in terms of the kitchen that we've ever stayed in. It was a truly wonderful...
