"Clean, quiet and nicely maintained"

"Room is dirty including a nasty used Kleenex on the floor. The room STUNK of vinegar and was dark and unkept. Rusty, stained toilets and the most uncomfortable bed of all time. Kids running up and down the halls and zero help lugging bags up to the second floor. The “free breakfast” was half cooked ham and runny scrambled eggs. Sure they had cereals but the milk was sour and the yogurt had expired too. We booked 2 nights and left after one. We woke up with such splitting headaches from the...

"My overall impression was just “meh”. There was no one monitoring the front desk. Finally saw a tiny sign that said to call 0 for help. So I did from the landline on the desk. After ringing for quite a while a man came from the back dressed like a mechanic. He had on a company shirt, but didn’t look professional and didn’t act particularly professional. No greeting. He parked on the street so my car could be parked in the driveway, and offered to get groceries for us as well. The home is beautifully decorated and was very cozy! It was extremely clean.
