"Have been quite happy with our stay even though I will mention the fact that there was only one power plug in the entire room. That's not enough when two ppl need to charge phones etc. Also, house keeping didn't really happen. We had to go ask for toilet paper and clean towels. They did apologise on arrival that they were very understaffed coz ppl had called in sick, but that shouldn't affect 4 days there....? They were very nice all the time and happy to help. "Our first impresdion of the reception area was WOW. Beautiful venue with breathtaking grounds. Lovely sun terraces and fantastic restaurant with amazing food. Would recommend. We had an evening meal which was superb and Breakfast was great too. Spa area small but nice enough for a relaxing dip in the pool and steam room, sauna and very small gym but enough for me. My only disappointment was that our room was a club room and accessed via a path to an annexe which did not have the same WOW factor...

"Very happy with the price. Free upgrade from club room to suite was appreciated. Lovely large fuffy towels. Very comfy bed and pillows. Staff were all welcoming. Small gym, pool, steam room and sauna on site. Minor draw back, bathroom door didnt shut properly and bath plug hole made gurgling noise even though we didnt use it."

"We had a great stay overall. Parking was a bit tricky to find initially (go past the pub then turn left) but reception told me where to park. Comfortable room with all amenities provided to cook. Wasn’t absolutely spotless but it was clean enough. Friendly and helpful staff and the phone passes were a faff but it worked out well in the end. Option to get cards so that’s nice. Overall very comfy and would happily stay again, especially if it was cheaper."
