"I give it high marks because it is what I needed for the trip I took. You're not going to Hutchinson KS expecting to stay in a 5 star all inclusive resort. It us a clean bed in a town that has limited options. My only issue has nothing to do with the property, and everything to do with my family's choice of residence (Inman). "

"We had an emergency situation and needed to switch hotels last minute. I called around 9:15 PM to confirm our reservation, and Ashland at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. The next morning, my family let me know their stay was great—they were given a late checkout with no issues, and the breakfast was good. The only minor downside was that the entrance to the hotel was a bit hard to find at night due to limited signage."

"On older facility but in really good shape. Probably had been updated not long ago. Clean and comfortable and reasonable. Should I ever need a place to stay in Sterling I would not hesitate to stay again"

"The bed was very comfortable. The room was great it just needed some minor repairs in the bathroom. The breakfast was close to nothing, but it was good enough for a grab and go. Owner was very polite and kind. "

"This is not a huge place but it was nice. The parking lot is not huge either but it was adequate even with our pK & car trailer. They were kind enough to allow us to leave the Pk & trailer parked while we attended the event we had trailered a car up to attend. If needed to stay in this area again, I'd stay here again."

"We reserved a room with a king-size bed. The room was nice. It had a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, and stovetop. We used the microwave and the refrigerator. The bed had red and white sheets with a white comforter. It was an attention grabber. The main room had a loveseat and ottoman. It was nice. The mattress is the main complaint. It was well worn with holes (you know, when you've had your mattress way too long, it has a burrow where you sleep). It was comical trying to roll out of the hole...

"It was spacious with plenty of sleeping space for six people and clean with a wide assortment of cooking appliances though you should bring your own cooking utensils. The dining room was amazing! "

"We came to hutch for a family wedding and this was great house for us for our stay! It worked great for us with us having a 5 year old and a 2 year old. The day bed worked great for the 5 year old and the pack-n-play portable crib worked great for the younger one. The location is great for things on Main Street and it’s great having Bogey’s right around the corner! The neighborhood was great as well, quiet and we loved the old style brick street.
