"Room was clean"

"When we arrived, we were hit with unexpected charges to our rooms. The gentleman was very nice about taking the extra money from us. We had purchased 3 rooms for the night and refunds were not an option so we were forced to pay these fees. The swimming pool was mediocre, there is visible damage to the ceiling in some areas, certainly felt like this place was not "resort" material. The hot tub was not working properly and while I do enjoy sitting in hot water, I would prefer my hot tubs to have...

"Wasn’t a fan of the pillows. Had to turn the AC to 62° to keep the room at room temperature. Other than that, not a bad hotel, but not my first choice. 3/5"

"Dated hotel...needs an overhaul. Carpet in the main area of the room (worn) & bathroom had wallpaper that was peeling from humidity. AC worked well & fan semi-quiet. Lots of space in room... but it kinda felt like furniture was missing bc of that ie/was there a couch in there before? Who knows! That's how much space was between my bed & the outside wall 😆... had me questioning things! The walls were kinda plastered / textured (not smooth like "regular" walls) and the room was dim with lamps...

"For $180 for a single night, I expected a much better experience and at minimum for the hotel's basic amenities to function properly. Unfortunately, several important features of the room were not working, which made the stay extremely disappointing and not worth the cost. The TV did not function, the air conditioning only blew warm air and made the room uncomfortable, and the room telephone was also unusable. On top of that, the ice machine was out of service as well. Paying this much for one...

"Convenient location, clean, comfortable rooms, and helpful staff. Didn't use anything from their loaner program, but it's cool that they have things like blenders and small electrics you can borrow for the kitchenettes. The kids loved the pool. The adults preferred to hang in the lobby where it was quiet."

"it is an old building with old rooms. the bed was clean and comfortable, the towels were very nice , the shower was wonderful and the price was right. the staff were nice and prompt with what we needed."

"The front staff (William) was absolutely amazing! We had an issue with the AC in one of our rooms and he was professional and so helpful! The rooms were very clean, the hot-tub did have some peeling, and there are no USB ports in the room (bring an adapter)."
