"Although a beautiful building from the outside, the Guest House is looking a bit tired on the inside. We never saw a single person neither hotel staff nor another guest during our stay, which made for a rather strange experience. The room was small but reasonably comfortable, the bathroom was a good size. Wifi ok, but not many power points in the room. Queenscliff itself is a gorgeous old-style Australian town with some interesting shops and beautiful buildings."

"The property was chosen as a site for an informal work retreat for 18 people and worked wonderfully well. The comparatively small group were able to have a room each with sufficient bathrooms. The open areas worked well for the meetings and discussions and the kitchen was perfect for group meal preparation. Everything was clean and tidy and we were introduced to the property by the attentive property manager who checked to see how things were going."

"The property was in a great location and we enjoyed our stay. Apart from no hairdryer or bbq everything we needed was there. It would be good to have more mirrors ( downstairs and second and third bedrooms. It’s a beaut place which would benefit from some updating of mattresses, dining chairs. "

"Property is spacious and comfortableLooks a bit tired but perfectly fine for a short stay. Well appointed with a coffee machine, coffee pods, milk, tea bags etc and a big dining table. It was a very hot day the day we arrived but the air con units in all areas were effective at cooling the house quickly.The property is well located between Point Lonsdale and Queenscliff so both are easy to get to if you have a car.
