Housekeeping turned my jacket and sweater into the front desk but did not turn my chargers in. Obviously someone kept them for themselves because the front desk never received them. "We stopped at the Jackson Park Inn for one night on a road trip, and we were very positively surprised! The room was spacious and super comfortable, with high quality furnishings, and very clean. As we were tired from driving, we didn't explore the neighborhood, but there are a bar and a restaurant within the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay, but not great. Overall recommended!"

After that though it went downhill. the room was clean at first glance, but after that, I realized it was not that clean. The air filters were dirty. The HVAC unit sounded and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The paint looked like it was covering up other issues. Things were broken in the bathroom and room. "Cute and cozy cabin. The bed was really comfortable. The kitchen worked well to make meals. It was easy to get to and the host was very helpful with any questions. It was a nice weekend get away for the two of us."

"My 8yr old son and I were in town for one night and needed a place to stay. Found the Blank Slate bus and jumped on it, AFTER reading all of the details. We could not have had more fun! Everything was tidy and clean. Having most of our camping supplies, we were over prepared. Once we got settled in for the night, it was all we needed. Waking up in a forest but only a few miles from civilization was a plus.Could not recommend more! It was lovely."
