"The staff were kind and helpful. No complaints there. Facilities were pretty bad. Key card didn’t work on entrance by room/car for unloading. The rolling cart fell apart and was pretty unusable The worst thing however was my toilet didn’t flush, was overflowing and couldn’t be fixed on the morning of my departure as I was trying to pack and go. (Stayed one night) So couldn’t shower, had to use the lobby bathroom, had to be admitted by front desk, no soap in the restroom.

"Great downtown location with a great view of the surrounding foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Well appointed, well-insulated penthouse. Was a windy day, but the split worked great to keep things at an ambient temperature. Perfect location to enjoy the Farmers Market on Saturday and within walking distance of a local dive bar “First Nash” and swanky whiskey bar in Yellowstone Hotel building. Vintage shopping nearby and my favorite gluten free options restaurant “The Healthier Place to Eat”....

"Place was advertised with pool. Pool is not available all year ( didn't specify that in listing). It’s an above ground portable pool . I received waaaayyy too many texts from owner of unit. Owner gets way too personal . Had no kitchen to cook our meals. I will never rent this unit again."
