"Pleasantly surprised by this stay. The staff was super friendly, always greeting us with a smile and a friendly hello - even when checking in at like 11pm lol. At breakfast a staff member came around giving free stickers (like, really nice stickers!) to the kids, making for a great memory of the trip. Made for a really nice quick overnight and pleasant start to the next day of our road trip."

"The beds and bathroom were very clean and well maintained. My kids tried to swim but the pool was freezing, looked gross, and was overly chlorinated. I couldn't even stand to go in the pool room it smelled so strong. Breakfast tasted just ok. Offerings were scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, diy waffles and oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice and pastries. Desk employees were EXTREMELY friendly and courteous. "

"We love this hotel. We try to stay here whenever we need to stay in Amarillo on our way to Colorado. It's clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were quite good. We were surprised that we needed to wait in the lobby when we arrived at 2:15 pm on Sunday afternoon. We know that check-in time is 3 pm, but usually the staff is amenable to allow us to check in 30 minutes early or so. "
